Rich soils and low human populus make this a great area to grow big deer and it does produce a few remarkable bucks every year. This piece would make a great area for a getaway cabin and thats what I like about this property. The land has income to help make the payment, but it also has the beginnings of a small hunting headquarters or cabin. A working water well exists near the small outbuilding which is essentially a large shed. Electricity has been brought to the site. A septic system already exists at the location but it is unknown whether it works or not. It was used with a trailer home that was on the site at one time. At this location you can hunt the land or have quick access to plentiful hunting all over the area. With its proximity to the Loess Hills State Forest there are are many great opportunities very close to this farm.

The current owner reports that he sees deer and turkey on a daily basis and has a large buck living on the farm now and that one was harvested last year. With great numbers of deer in the area food plots would very attractive on this farm.

An obvious drawback to this piece as a hunting parcel is that the 4 parcels are split by a road but to the right person this will make a great cabin location.
