The property is in the heart of a large tract of timber that runs East and West of the property. To the North and South boundries is mainly CRP and some small fingers of timber that extend outward from the property. There could be some real slammers that funnel in and out of the property come November and I wouldn't doubt there are some excellent bucks that live in the same area. I've hunted in the area before and getting access to hunt within several miles is extremely difficult. This county is where the number one gross scoring typical whitetail was taken in 1996 by Sam Collora. It's a great place to catch traveling bucks and an overall great place to build a cabin. |
