As a Recreational Property Specialist and Auctioneer Iowa land for sale is my specialty. My father introduced me to hunting and shooting sports when I was very young. I was shooting a bow and arrow when I was 4 years old and never stopped. My career choice as a child was to one day work in the conservation filed so I went to college and studied Fish and Wildlife Biology.

I worked for several different conservation agencies and got to work on some great projects in Iowa including a deer telemetry study along with many habitat restoration projects. During my years working in conservation I worked on many land acquisition projects, when land was acquired we would go in and turn it into a hunting area. We would restore habitat, build fences, remove fences, build water diversion structures, build parking lots, roads, cut trees, plant trees erect structures and eventually move to maintaining and monitoring our results.

I loved this work and knew I wanted to put my knowledge and experience to work for others, especially private landowners. I've become involved in the Quality Deer Management Association and use QDM practices on the 260 acre farm I live on in the Loess Hills of Western Iowa.

As a Recreational Property Specialist I offer my knowledge and experience to help you choose and develop a property that will meet your needs. I know every sportsman has different wants and needs, I talk with them everyday. A property that is great for the Iowa deer hunting will mean nothing to those that duck and goose hunt.
